Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind every piece we make. Because most of our furniture is built to order, our return policy reflects the custom nature of what we do.
Made-to-Order & Custom Items All made-to-order and custom furniture is final sale. These pieces are built specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Stock Items In-stock items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis and subject to a 25% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Made-to-order or custom furniture
- Clearance items
- Art pieces
- Soft goods (fabric, bedding, etc.)
Defective or Damaged Items If your order arrives defective or damaged, contact us right away. We'll work with you to resolve it through repair or replacement. Please note that transportation costs to and from any repair facility are the customer's responsibility.
Order Changes You have 24 hours after placing your order to make changes or cancellations. After that window, production may have already begun.
